You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.*
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you receive faulty or damaged goods, you must contact us within 5 business days of receipt.
We will then advise you how to complete the returns process.
Once we/our fulfillment partners receive your item/s, we will notify you of the status of your case after inspecting the goods.
If approved and mutually agreeable we will offer a replacement, to be shipped free of charge.
If a refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within two business days.
You will receive the credit within a set amount of days, dependent upon your card issuer's policies.
*We accept return of personalized items only where the goods are incorrect or defective.
